Rhodactis mushrooms are actually a corallimorph making them an oddity in terms of classification,they are neither soft or stony. That being said these corals are easy to care for and can be kept in medium to high light with low to moderate flow. This coral will walk around your tank if unhappy and find a place it likes to settle down. This will leave a piece of foot behind creating a new rhodactis!
